To: 630th Members and their families:

It’s time to start thinking about our Reunion in Branson on September 19 and 20, 2008--we can’t wait! We will be at the Four Seasons again at 1360 W. 776 Highway, Branson, MO 65615. (PH. 1-800-324-8745 or 1-417-334-0040). If you haven’t made reservation yet, call the Four Seasons and tell them you are with the 630th Engineers. (Ask for Loretta).

The agenda will be much the same as in the past:

• Thursday, September 18--get settled in and greet old friends and meet new members.
• Friday, September 19, we will have meat and vegetable trays around noon and Friday night, we will have a fish fry.
• Saturday, September 20, there will be a short meeting at noon and lunch with meat and vegetable trays will follow the meeting. Saturday night, we will have a barbeque. (Our meals on these two nights are fabulous--we have the best cooks!) Refreshments will be available for those who care to partake on Friday and Saturday.

In the Breakfast Room, there is a continental breakfast served each morning. There are many, many things to do in Branson--shows, shopping, sightseeing, dining--fun for everyone!

Saturday evening we will have our silent auction and our regular auction. (Start planning now if you would like to bring items to be auctioned.) These auctions are so much fun! The auctions help fund the reunion and emailing.
